Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the Czech Republic and to the member states of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where we deliver

We ship within the Czech Republic and the European Union only. We do not ship outside the EU. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days within the Czech Republic and 5–10 business days elsewhere in the European Union. Stated times are estimates based on carrier information and are not binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Bulky and heavy items

Sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables and bathtubs ship palletised and cannot be sent as ordinary parcels; lighting, rugs and accessories ship as parcels. For these items we agree the carrier, the delivery date and the final freight cost with you by email or phone before the order is dispatched. If the freight cost differs from the rate charged at checkout, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Delivery is to the kerbside; please ensure the address is accessible to a lorry.

Assembly, groundwork and connections

Furniture is delivered flat-packed or assembled on pallets with the manufacturer's instructions. Assembly is the customer's responsibility — we do not provide installation. Check room dimensions, doorways and stair access before ordering. Tall furniture — wardrobes, bookcases, cabinets — must be secured to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fittings. Chandeliers and hard-wired lighting must be connected by a qualified electrician to a mounting point rated for the stated weight; bathtub plumbing belongs to a plumber. Assembly of large pieces typically takes two people.

Access and unloading

Palletised goods are delivered kerbside by lorry. Please make sure the address is accessible to a lorry and that help is available to move the pallet — the carrier does not carry items into the garden. Tell us in advance about narrow access, gates or steps so we can plan the delivery with you.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as you can so we can claim against the carrier. Your statutory rights from defective performance (24 months) remain unaffected.
